Can I have my mail forwarded to the rental?

Yes. There will be an option for this on the rental contract. It will cost $9 for a mailbox key when you arrive.

Can I bring my pet?

We do allow pets in our 2 bedroom 2 bath unit for an additional fee of $5 per night, with a maximum charge of $50. If bringing a pet, you must take full responsibility for any damage or replacement of loss. The resort requires pets to be kept from constant barking, they must be kept on a leash anytime they are outside the unit, and they must be cleaned up after. There is a limit of 2 pets per unit. Of course, exceptions can be made to accommodate the needs of disabled guests. Unrortuntely we are not currently accepting pets in our one bedroom one bath unit.

What hours are the launch ramp open?

The launch ramp is open 24 hours a day. However, it may be limited to certain hours or closed if management of resort sees fit.

What are the details about the included boat slip?

To use the boat slip you must give the office copies of current registration and insurance. Only one slip is available. If you leave town for more than 24 hours you must remove your boat from the slip and notify the office. They cannot accomodate boats longer than 24' in length (that's what the rules say. We have seen longer boats in the slips, but we cannot promise they will allow it). There is a designated area for PWC's - they are not allowed to occupy a normal boat slip.

Any tenant who has occupied a boat slip for 14 days out of 30 days prior to Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and/or Labor Day will be required to remove their boat for these holiday weekends.
Boat slip occupancy must be renewed every 2 weeks.
If there is space open, you can also beach your boat in the semi-private cove directly in front of the unit.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 90 days notice for any cancellations. If a cancellation is made less than 90 days from the 1st day of your reservation, you will lose your deposit.
